But no Treaty (of peace) shall be made without the concurrence of the House of Representatives, by which the territorial boundaries of the U. S. may be contracted, or by which the common rights of navigation or fisheryrecognized to the U. States by the late treaty of peace, or accruing to them by virtue of the laws of nations may be abridged
