To test your connection settings, a taped presentation of ConSource's launch held on Constitution Day in 2007 should appear shortly below. If it does not begin automatically, press play to test your connection. If you cannot view the video, please follow the technical instructions that follow.
If the above video does not appear, you need to confirm you have the following (teachers may need to confirm some information below with their IT departments):
- A computer or laptop connected to the Internet
- An internet connection with a minimum download speed of 300 kbps
- Ensure Ports 1935, 80, and 6667 are not blocked during the webcasts (ask your IT department for assistance)
- Download the latest version of Adobe Flash and install on the computer, located here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
You can test to ensure you will be able to view webcasts by reloading this page or going to http://ustream.tv/channel/chris-pirillo-live. If you can see and hear the video, as well as view the individuals chatting, then you are ready to go! If you are having problems, please email support@ustream.tv and Ustream's customer service reps will assist you. You can also browse Ustream's help center at http://ustream.tv/helpcenter/helpcenter.
