A Resolution on Claims of Widows Whose Husbands Died in the Military Services (November 28, 1779)

[28 November 1779]
Resolved, That all claims on account of necessaries furnished to the widows of soldiers of this State, who have been slain or died in the service of the United States, or who have died in the service of this State, which became due since the passing of the act, entitled "an act, for establishing a Board of Auditors for public accounts," and for which, payment has not yet been made by the public, be referred to the committee of Trade; and that the said committee do report each case specially to the House, together with their opinion thereupon.
