The advocates for amendments will be but few, perhaps two from Massachusetts, four from New York, four from Virginia, and three from South Carolina in the house of representatives, and the Senators of Virginia, and of this state {New York} if they ever agree to appoint any; I should rather say antifeds, for perhaps the feds. may agreeā€”to propose some amendments after they have got through the business of their first session.
