I have examined the Certificates of the Proof of the above Importation rights, and find them to be in the most usual form of those returned to the Secretary's Office, on which Patents have issued, and that these would be received into the Office, with Surveys returned there, in order to obtain new Patents. I do further certify that such Rights always have been, and still are received into the Office of course.
