George Mason to David Ross (June 7, 1791)

SIR
Pursuant to commissions obtained for that purpose from the Honorable the General Court of the District of Kentucky I shall on the 22nd. day of next between the hours of nine oclock in the forenoon and four oclock in the afternoon at the house of William McDaniel Tavern Keeper in the town of Dumfries in the county of Prince William proceed to take the Deposition of Hancock Lee in the Suits depending in said court upon certain caveats wherein Ross and May are plaintiffs and George Mason Defendant, of which I give you this notice.
