Virginia, Gunston-Hall, June 18th: 1782.
SIR.
The Measure I then hinted, of a Standing Committee to state the Title of Virginia, & report to the next Session, I am informed has been since adopted, & five Gentlemen appointed, who are well acquainted with the Subject. I am, very respectfully, Sir Your most obdt. Servt.
