Journal Notes of the Pennsylvania Ratification Convention (December 5, 1787)

The Convention met pursuant to adjournment, And resumed the consideration of the first Article of the proposed Constitution. After some inquiry into the qualified negative of the President, and the general construction of the new government, Adjourned until half after four o'clock, P. M.
