Extract of a letter from Poughkeepsie, dated on the morning of the 11th. inst. "On Wednesday the Convention did no other business than to meet and adjourn till the next day 12 o'clock, in order to give further time to the Anti-Fœderalists to arrange their plan for the amendments. . . ."
