SIR
Mrs. Ann Ogle & myself acted as joint Trustees under the last Will & Testament of Mr. Benjn. Tasker Junr. late of Anapolis, deceased in Trust for Mrs. Elizabeth Lowndes, late of Bladensburg & her Representatives my fellow Trustee managing a moiety of said Interest myself the other Half.
The Representatives are dissatisfied with my Conduct in the Business mentioned before & we have mutually chosen you to hear & determine the matter of Right, and I do accordingly beg the favor of you to sit as Referree therein hoping it may be convenient about the 20th. of next month September. I am Sir, Your most obt. & very Hum. Servt.
