TAKEN UP ON THE SUBSCRIBER'S plantations in Dogue's Neck, Fairfax County, the following stray CATTLE, viz. at Hollowing- Point, (where they have been about three years) a middle-sized dark brown Steer, and a large black Steer with a white face and belly, both marked with an underkeel in the right, and an overkeel in the left ear, and appear to be about eight or nine years old. At Gunston-Hall, (where they have been near a year) a dark red Cow, yearling, with a slit in the right, and a crop and small hole in the left ear; and a small red Cow about four years old, marked with a crop in the right, and a small hole in the left ear; the Cow had a young Calf last spring. They have been legally posted in the County, and appraised, the dark brown Steer at 4.1. pds. the black Steer at 51. the yearling at 11. pds. and the Cow and Calf at 31. The owners may have them, on proving their property and paying charges, by applying to
