We have the honor of your ever esteemed of the 15 July now before us addressed to our J. Johnson covering Nine Setts of Exchange drawn by T. Hopkinson on the Commissioners at Paris amounting to 540—which are all duly Accepted & to your Credit Agreeable to your request we have purchased the Goods you was pleased to Order & Inclosed you will please to find Bill of Lading & Invoice of the same amount to £ which we hope will arrive safe & please.
We have wrote our Messrs Wallace & Muir to forward them to you as soon as possible & trust they will not neglect it. The letters you sent us for your son we forwarded to him at Paris & by this conveyance we send you some from him to which please to be referred for public information—We are with the greatest esteem & regard, Sir, Your most Obedt. Hble Servts.
