Maxwell, Adams, and Company to Levi Hollingsworth (December 10, 1787)

The Convention of Delaware State have unanimously ratified the Federal Constitution.1 Also cedes to Congress a district not exceeding ten miles square for federal town in such part of the state as they may choose.2 The latter a majority of five to one.
